Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Standard Shipping We ship via UPS and USPS to the contiguous United States. Estimated delivery is 7-10 business days after processing.

Large & Oversized Items Furniture and oversized items ship via freight carrier (USHIP or UPS Freight). Delivery times vary. 

Local Pickup Free local pickup is available at 216 W. 25th St., Norfolk, VA 23517. You will be notified when your order is ready. Pickup during the week (Tues-Fri) is preferred as weekends can be quite busy. Please bring help if you are picking up large/heavy items.

Shipping Rates Rates are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination. 

Damages & Lost Packages Please inspect your order upon delivery. If items arrive damaged, contact us within 5 days at consign@theredefinery.org with photos.
