CONSIGNMENT AND PURCHASE PICK UP POLICY

At The Redefinery, we strive to provide excellent service and maintain a smooth process for both our consignors and customers. To ensure fairness and efficiency, please review our policy regarding pickups of consigned items and purchases.

  1. Expired Consignment Items:

    • Per our 90-day consignment contract, we will make every effort to sell your items. If, however, the consigned items have not sold AND you intend to pick up items, you must notify us by emailing consign@theredefinery.org at least 48 hours in advance of pick up. Text messages, voicemail and conversations do not take the place of this email.

    • Once we receive the email notifying us that items will be picked up, we will post them out of inventory, pull them from the floor and store them in the back. 

    • Storage is at a premium. If the item is not picked up by the expiration date or date indicated in the email, a $50 per day storage fee will be assessed until the item is collected.

  2. Purchases:

    • Customers who purchase items must pick up their purchases within 5 days of the purchase date unless alternative arrangements are made with The Redefinery.

    • If an item is not picked up within this timeframe, a $50 per day storage fee will be assessed until the item is collected.
